Unseren Glauben leben - die Frankophonie beleben /.../ Vivre notre foi - réenchanter la Francophonie /.../ Living our Faith - promoting la Francophonie

Das Maristengymnasium Fürstenzell steht in der Tradition des namengebenden Ordens, welcher anfangs des 19. Jahrhunderts in Frankreich gegründet wurde. Aufgrund der geschichtlichen Herkunft, aber auch mit Blick auf die deutsch-französische Geschichte ist der Schule die Beziehung zum Nachbarland besonders wichtig. Insofern sind die Angebote und Aktionen des Katholischen Schulwerks (KSW) in Bayern Hilfe und Bereicherung. Unter dem Motto „Vivre notre foi - réenchanter la Francophonie“ hat im Rahmen des Monats der Weltmission zum westafrikanischen Schwerpunktland Burkina Faso das KSW in Zusammenarbeit mit Missio München, sowie dem KSW in Frankreich ein Schülerseminar in französischer Sprache für Französischlernende der Oberstufe veranstaltet. Über achtzig Schüler aus Bayern, darunter sieben Teilnehmer des Maristengymnasiums beschäftigten sich im Benediktinergymnasium Schäftlarn unter fachkundiger Anleitung mit dem Schwerpunktland. Eine Vielfalt von Themen wie z.B. „Die aktuelle politische Situation in Burkina Faso unter historischem Aspekt“, „Missio als Organisation und ihr Engagement in Burkina Faso“ oder „Der Einfluss der Frankophonie auf die Verbreitung der katholischen Religion“ wurde dabei den Teilnehmern präsentiert.

Schülerpräsentationen sowie die Ergebnisse der Arbeitsgruppen der verschiedenen Schulen zeigten Möglichkeiten auf, wie Schüler vor Ort anderen Schülern ehrenamtlich helfen können. Diese Ideen wurden im Rahmen einer Podiumsdiskussion mit Bischof Modeste Kambou aus Gaoua (Burkina Faso) vertieft.

Le Maristengymnasium Fürstenzell s'inscrit dans la tradition de la Congrégation, fondée en France au début du XIXe siècle, dont il tire son nom. En raison de ses origines historiques, mais aussi en ce qui concerne l'histoire franco-allemande, les relations de l'école avec son pays voisin sont particulièrement importantes. À cet égard, le programme d’activités proposé par l’enseignement catholique (KSW) en Bavière est à la fois utile et enrichissant. Le KSW, en collaboration avec Missio (la branche allemande des Œuvres Pontificales Missionnaires) de Munich et avec le secrétariat général de l’enseignement catholique en France, a organisé un séminaire en français destiné aux lycéens sous le slogan « Vivre notre foi - réenchanter la Francophonie ». Ce séminaire, dont le thème principal était le Burkina Faso, pays de l’ouest de l’Afrique appartenant à la zone de solidarité prioritaire, a été organisé dans le cadre du mois de la mission universelle. Environ quatre-vingts élèves bavarois, dont sept du Maristengymnasium, ont participé à cet évènement qui s’est déroulé au Benediktinergymnasium à Schäftlarn.  Les lycéens ont travaillé sur ce pays prioritaire sous la direction d'experts, et des intervenants ont présenté une variété de thèmes tels que « La situation politique actuelle au Burkina Faso d’un point de vue historique », « Missio et ses activités au Burkina Faso, » ou « L'influence de la Francophonie dans la propagation de la religion catholique ».

Les présentations des élèves ainsi que les résultats des groupes de travail des différentes écoles ont démontré comment les élèves locaux peuvent se porter volontaires pour aider les autres élèves. Ces idées ont été approfondies lors d'une table ronde avec Mgr Modeste Kambou, évêque de Gaoua (Burkina Faso).

The Maristengymnasium in Fürstenzell stands in the tradition of the Order from which it takes its name, and which was founded in France at the beginning of the 19th century. As the result of its historical origins, but also with regard to Franco-German history, the school's relationship with its neighbouring country is particularly important. In this respect, the programme of activities promoted by the Catholic Education Service (KSW) in Bavaria is very helpful and a source of enrichment. Under the motto "Vivre notre foi - réenchanter la Francophonie", the KSW, in collaboration with Missio (the German branch of the Pontifical Mission Societies) in Munich and the Catholic Education Service in France, organized a student seminar in French for sixth formers as part of the World Mission month for the West African priority country of Burkina Faso. The event was held at the Benediktinergymnasium in Schäftlarn. More than eighty students from Bavaria, including seven participants from the Maristengymnasium, worked on the priority country under expert guidance. A variety of topics such as "The current political situation in Burkina Faso from a historical perspective", "Missio as an organization and its involvement in Burkina Faso" and "The influence of la Francophonie on the spread of the Catholic religion" was presented to the participants.

Pupils' presentations as well as the results of the working groups of the different schools demonstrated ways in which local students can volunteer to help other students. These ideas were taken further in a panel discussion with Bishop Modeste Kambou from Gaoua (Burkina Faso).
