Renovierung der Doppelturnhalle des Maristengymnasiums

Seit mehreren Jahren wird das Gebäude des Maristengymnasiums generalsaniert. Da die Gesamtkosten fast 20 Millionen Euro erreichen werden, muss dieser Renovierungsprozess über mehrere Jahre verteilt werden.

Nachdem in den vergangenen Jahren bereits Teile des Hauptgebäudes erneuert wurden, begann man im Frühjahr 2016 mit der Sanierung der Doppelturnhalle. Nach 5 Monaten Bauzeit konnte pünktlich zu Beginn des neuen Schuljahres im September 2016 die Turnhalle feierlich eingeweiht werden. Maristerpater Dr. Alois Greiler sm und der evangelische Pastor Andreas Schmidt segneten im Rahmen einer kleinen Feier die Räumlichkeiten.

Notwendig geworden war die Sanierung aufgrund des Alters der Halle und des damit verbundenen Verschließes, aber auch, um die energetische Effizienz zu verbessern und somit Kosten zu sparen.  

Auch die Grünanlagen um die Turnhalle wurden neu gestaltet und dienen in Zukunft vorrangig dem Schulgarten. Damit unsere schuleigenen Bienen nicht zu kurz kommen, wurden im Pausenhof drei Bäume gepflantz, deren Blüten die Honigproduktion unterstützen sollen.

For a number of years, the buildings of the Maristengymnasium have been undergoing refurbishment. Since the total cost will be almost 20m euros, this refurbishment has to be spread over several years.

In recent years, part of the main building has been renewed and, in the Spring of this year, work began on the renovation of the double gymnasium. After 5 months' construction work, we have been able to celebrate the inauguration of the gym punctually for the start of the new school year in September 2016. Marist Father Dr Alois Greiler sm and the Protestant Pastor Andreas Schmidt blessed the premises in a small ceremony. 

The renovation had become necessary because of the age of the building and the associated wear and tear, but also to improve energy efficiency and thus reduce the running costs.

The green spaces around the gymnasium have also been redesigned and in the future will be primarily part of the school garden. And so that our bees are not left out, three trees were planted in the playground so that their flowers can support the production of honey.

Les bâtiments du Maristengymnasium sont en cours de rénovation depuis un certain temps. Puisque le coût total s'élèvera à près de 20 millions d'euros, il a été nécessaire de répartir les travaux sur plusieurs années. 

Ces dernières années une section du bâtiment principal a été remise à neuf et au printemps 2016 la rénovation du gymnase double a commencé. Au bout de 5 mois de travaux nous avons pu fêter l'inauguration du gymnase pour la rentrée scolaire en septembre 2016. Le père mariste Dr. Alois Greiler sm et le pasteur protestant Andreas Schmidt ont béni le bâtiment au cours d'une brève cérémonie.

Cette rénovation est nécessaire à cause de l'âge des bâtiments et de l'usure normale qui y est associée, mais aussi pour en améliorer l'efficacité énergétique et réduire les coûts de fonctionnement.

Les espaces verts autour du gymnase ont également été réaménagés pour former désormais une partie du jardin de l'école. Et il ne faut pas oublier nos abeilles ! Nous avons donc planté trois arbres dans la cour de récréation pour que leurs fleurs puissent soutenir la production du miel.
